Preview enquiries
Until a receiving service is configured, form information is processed in your browser to generate a downloadable draft. It is not sent to QIYU. Selected drawings are not uploaded and are not included inside the draft.
When enquiry sending is enabled
The form will identify that sending is available. Your name, business contact details, project requirements and selected attachments will be sent to the configured enquiry processor to respond to your request. Do not include confidential drawings without authorization.
Storage and analytics
Google Analytics is disabled on the private preview, admin pages and drafts. If enabled after a public launch, analytics loads only after your consent and records page visits and contact-link clicks, not enquiry contents or uploaded drawings. The consent preference is stored in your browser. Hosting providers may process technical access logs under their own policies.
Questions and data requests
Use the contact page after the company receiving service is enabled. Before public launch, the operator should add confirmed privacy contact details, processor information and applicable retention periods.
